Mission of Patrick Henry College
Patrick Henry College has its mission to prepare brilliant Christian leaders to lead the nation in future. To achieve this mission, Patrick Henry College makes use of broad core curriculum based on Bible. This classical broad core curriculum consists of theology, history, literature, philosophy and science all taken from Bible. Every student at Patrick Henry College opts the same mandatory courses. Unlike other colleges where students are required to choose many different courses and attends different classes according to the courses they have opted, At Patrick Henry College, every student attend the same classes and comes from a shared experience and knowledge that depends on the core mission of Patrick Henry College.
Apart from broad core curriculum Patrick Henry College also provide its students with many internship programs as well. The best thing about Patrick Henry College is that it’s just 40 minutes away from Washington D.C. Patrick Henry College provides various internships that are not available for many other colleges. But, Patrick Henry College provides ample of opportunities to take full benefit of D.C.’s professional and educational environment. With this approach, Patrick Henry College makes use of the apprentice teaching model. Students apply the studied material in their internships that they learn from academic classes to hit the ground.
